AMS CityDocks
AMS CityDocks is a new city distribution centre with all-electric facilities on Business Park Amsterdam Osdorp. The distribution centre is prepared for a future in which electric transport and sustainable city logistics are the norm. In around ten weeks, we realised a solar power installation on the roof on behalf of Proptimize, in cooperation with Zoncoalitie.
With 7,014 solar panels and energy generated of 4,158,000 kWh per year, we made a significant contribution to making logistics in Amsterdam more sustainable. This allows the tenants of the city hubs to rent the solar roof and benefit from lower costs through their own green electricity. A nice step towards lower CO2 emissions and energy costs.
