Kupers
Kupers Touringcars, is actively pursuing sustainability in their fleet and is the proud owner of the first electric coach in the Netherlands. On behalf of Den Hartog Charging, we provided a complete energy system.
This system consists of a solar panel system and two batteries with a storage capacity of 466 kWh, which are charged with a power of 220 kW. With the installation of DC chargers and the integrated energy management system (EMS), the buses can be charged directly with solar energy.
In this way, Kupers has not only made their energy needs partially self-sufficient, but also significantly reduced their dependence on the grid. Thanks to the application for a new, smaller grid connection, they can also continue to grow flexibly.
